The products are processed exclusively fresh!

“Blue Fish” produces and offers blue and white fish fillets in virgin olive oil.

We procure fish from local sources from Korčula and Pelješac.

Fish processing is done exclusively by hand, adhering to all European criteria and HCCP principles.
